Preparing the Team Contract [WLO: 1] [CLOs: 1, 2]. Due by Day 7. Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read pages 4–25 of the text.
The following describes team formation and initial team activities:
• Teams will be formed by your instructor prior to the start of class. You can immediately access your
Canvas team area. Teams comprise two to six students.
• The team project has four phases with deliverables due at the end of Weeks 2, 3, 4, and 5. See description
below that will help you develop the required team charter.
• Use the team discussion area to get acquainted with each other and focus on the skills and strengths each
member brings to the team. If you have a resume, you might consider sharing it with your colleagues.
• Be sure to focus on strengths and skills that will aid in completing the team project.
• Select one member to act as the team leader. The team leader will coordinate activities and will be
responsible for submitting team assignments.
